What is KompasX?

KompasX is a flexible Danish accounting system and ERP from WiconSoft, built on Kompas4. It brings accounting, orders, inventory, purchasing, projects and documents together in one system with an all-new workspace.

How do we move from Kompas4 to KompasX?

There's a quick conversion step that we help you with: we agree on a time, convert your accounts, and you're ready to go. Your data, chart of accounts, setup and integrations come with you. If you use Kompas4 Online, you can then use Kompas4 and KompasX side by side. If you run Kompas4 on your own server, get in touch and we'll find the right route for you.

What will KompasX cost?

KompasX will have the same prices as Kompas4 Online. See all packages under Pricing.

Do we keep our prices if we use Kompas4 today?

Yes. You keep your current prices when you switch to KompasX.

Which platforms does KompasX run on?

KompasX is delivered online. Open it in your browser or in the apps for Windows, Mac and Linux. WiconSoft hosts your data and runs the system, so nothing needs to be installed on your own server.

Where is our data stored, and how is it protected?

WiconSoft hosts your data and runs the system. Details on hosting and security will be published before launch.

What is early access, and who can take part?

In December 2026, selected companies from the list get access to KompasX and help shape the finished product. We'll contact you by email if you're selected. Share your personal referral link to move up the queue.

Do we need to be a Kompas4 customer to sign up?

No. KompasX is for any company that needs a flexible accounting system. Tick “We use Kompas4 today” if you already use Kompas4, so we can take that into account.
